ublic rights of way and road traffic" concerns motorists.The NERC Act 2006 arises from the above Act. In NERCA Section 67, subsection (2) gives five reasons why a RUPP does not lose its vehicular rights. The TRF, GLASS and other MPV user-groups are working hard to mitigate the NERC-effect, including using the provisions of this subsection.
Derbyshire County Council's Rights of Way Improvement Plan The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Section 60) introduces a new duty for County Councils to prepare and publish Rights of Way Improvement Plans (ROWIPs). This is the approved plan.
